Run with Me - Henry Wanyoike

2004 Shana published a book based on the true story of a blind Kenyan Marathon runner, Run with Me - Henry Wanyoike, which was translated to English, Japanese, Dutch and Braille, and circulated in various countries. http://www.henry4gold.com/

We are warmest thanks to Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado for producing a superb Japanese translation.

Henry Wanyoike is a Kenyan. He has always loved running. On 30 April 1995, Henry went to bed as usual after dinner. He woke up the following day completely blind and has never seen anything again. He was 19 years old. Ten years on, Henry is a world track champion, an Olympic god medallist and now a globe-trotting Goodwill Ambassador for Standard Chartered's "Seeing is Believing" campaign.
